This place is awesome!!!! They give a discount for police, no long lines, they all wear masks, have hand sanitizer, and they have classes there if you don't know how to shoot too. I work in Law Enforcement so going to the gun range is essential. I will be back to shoot more rounds!!!!!!

As a Navy Veteran with 4 years RSO experience my first experience at DFW Gun Range and Training Center was mixed with some good and bad. Mark earned a 1 star with Ethan and Mathew both earning 5 stars. Mark was EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone and in person AND he tried to tell me that the FBI has a 21 day mandatory waiting period on new hand gun purchases and that is the law, and if I didnt want to wait they would lose their license or he could give me an 80% refund. If there was ever a way not to treat a paying customer it is Mark. I wouldnt trust him in my business without a loaded firearm much less with a loaded firearm starting confrontations with customers. I then went to the store and spoke with Ethan and Mathew who gave me correct information 100% contradictory to Mark's BS answers. It appeared that they already knew Mark is a customer service nightmare. Had it not been for Ethan and Mathew I would have left the review at 1 star. After this purchase is complete I will be looking for another range as long as Mark is employed there. I dont trust his trigger hair attitude, lack of knowledge on gun and FFL laws along with his quick temper behind me with a weapon. Update: A few hours later my background came back with a proceed as it normally does so I go to pick up my weapon and I have to finish up with Mark and his attitude. I kept my mouth shut but when we were all done I wanted to verify my serial number on the 4473 myself to verify there was no issue with the paperwork as he made me sign the 4473 BEFORE he was done filling it out. Mark made a huge deal about me checking the serial number. SORRY NOT SORRY, ITS MY GUN AND MY SAFETY, I DONT TRUST YOU MARK. Ethan was once again amazingly helpful. Ethan and Mathew would be the only reasons I return but I seriously doubt I will. Get Mark out of there before he loses his temper and shoots someone. I WOULD NEVER ALLOW SOMEONE ON MY RANGE WITH HIS ATTITUDE, DISREGARD FOR FEDERAL REGULATIONS AND INABILITY TO LISTEN. 2nd Update: After calling the phone number on their business cards and leaving a message for their HR representative to please call me so I could address these issues, I have still not received a call back. I take this as they just do not care and have zero interest in addressing customer complaints. Rating is going back down to a 1 star because of this.

This was my first time going to a gun range. Mark Broussard was really helpful and patient with showing me how to operate the weapon. I will definitely come back and I had a really good experience!!!

3 stars because of the lack of attention of the equipment of the range. Few of the booths target holders werent functioning properly, which in my opinion, is something that requires repairs asap. Lots of people will begin to look elsewhere to shoot if these things aren't addressed. Overall the only thing I enjoyed here was Matthew's superb customer service and his will and interest in helping me sight my red dot for the 1st time, which I had no previous knowledge on how to do. He made sure I had wat I needed and real attentive dude all around. This is what keeps customers coming back! Big shout out to Matthew

I did not shoot but asked many questions and staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Prices were decent and showroom was clean. Ill be back.
