1st time in the store they ignored me then when I cornered them they was rude. 2nd time I called because they had something online I like. I think I am still on hold. Whatever I have spend 3 to 5 thousand on rifles and gun within a year I will just buying my weapons and ammo in Austin or gunbroker.com. This place is a joke dont waist your time.

Wait more than 40 minutes to get in !!

I havent even been in the store yet. Was standing in line outside to pick up a gun on order. Everything was fine until 3 young males (white) talked their way into breaking into line to get into the store. They were let in front of 3 people excluding me. Under the premise that they were only looking. The heat index was 96 and Im a seventy year old female. I dont mind standing in line but dont let in young males when you have a 70 year old in 96 degree heat index. They werent buying ammo but just looking. Let in the 4 people at the front of the line . The 3 males knew what they were doing. Make them wait like everybody else

My family and I have lived in West Dallas for over 45 yrs and have always seen Rays Sporting Goods as a landmark. Couple Saturdays ago I went in 30 mins before closing and the gentleman at the door made it clear no more gun sales were being done....understandably since theyre about to close.. I told him understood, but really I just wanted to see what was available. So he directs me to the gun area where another gentleman asked me if there was something he could help me with. He answered my questions as best as possible, but felt like I was being watched as if I was a threat.. what upset me was when I asked to handle an unloaded shotgun the gentleman put his right hand on his pistol.. I asked him if thats what they all do when allowing customers to handle unloaded weapons.. he said no.. in his words he said its just a place to rest his hand.. to me it felt like others watching me and him resting his hand were signs that Rays Sporting Goods were profiling me more than anything! I felt disrespected so I thanked him and walked out of the store! I will Never step foot in there again. My family and I will go give someone else the business. I believe in giving back to your neighborhood businesses when possible, but this time I will go elsewhere.

Very friendly and helpful I'm not citizen yet only green card holder and they got me approved during 2 days only ..
