I spent almost $1k on new equipment and clothing. One of the new Penn reels had an issue the very first day. I returned and asked them to look at it TWO days later. I was told that they did not have time and I was told that I should return it to Penn. When I pointed out that it was purchased from them two days ago I was told that it was beat up because of an extremely extremely small scratch that would obviously had nothing to do with the reeling action. I was cussed and verbally assaulted by what I assume was the owner and was once again told to return it to Penn. I SAID I WOULD RETURN ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AND WAS TOLD BY THE OWNER 'I DO NOT CARE!!!'Absolutely no appreciation for my business or the amount of money that I had just spent. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
