SSG Tactical

HORRID experience. I highly recommend you stay away especially if you want your firearms shipped safely. My husband and I took his guns to SSG Tactical to be shipped as he's on military orders out of state. They failed to package the guns correctly, and all of the guns were destroyed. There was a giant hole in the box, which had later been retaped by USPS -- it's miraculous my husband's handgun was still in the box after all of that. When calling SSG Tactical to ask how they'll make it right, they deflected their lack of customer service and respect and blamed it on the post office for their handling of the box -- mind you, the firearms didn't have any bubble wrap on them and the "manager" claimed he had boxed the firearms in a larger box, with a handgun case boxed in a separate box, taped to the larger box. This was a total lie as the guns came in 1 box -- with the handgun case in the large box, and the postal sticker was on that 1 box. ALSO, the tracking information consisted of ONE tracking number. You simply cannot have 2 boxes with the same tracking number, so -- to my point earlier -- the manager is telling a lie somewhere in this as the story does not line up. We also offered to provide them with bubble wrap to which they denied. Let me not forget that there wasn't a signature required to obtain the guns for delivery. Talk about high potential for the guns to get in the wrong hands. On top of all of this, my husband's guns are inherited from his father and two grandfathers, one of which is not here with us today. What a disgrace of a business. This is unforgivable and the least they can do is refund us the $260 they charged to ship the guns, especially considering the damage THEY caused will far surpass that $260.

Great customer service! For a small store and its location Im glad to see they have a lot to choose from. Everyone was really informative and helped me choose a phenomenal gun for myself and my husband. Will be coming back again and again.

Knowledge staff, and very helpful and pleasant to talk with. Not only were they helpful with me but as i was there the entire staff was for lack of a better word, bending over backwards for the other customers. I will shop nowhere else from this day forward.
