Incredibly friendly and professional shop. I originally pre-ordered a KelTec CP33...but got tired of waiting around for KelTec to un-KelTec themselves ;) Dave and the crew painlessly converted my order to an over-under 12ga just in time for dove season. Store is conveniently located in old-town Warrenton and they are very welcoming to all of my kids whenever I bring them along. Their engraving shop across the hall is excellent as well and a perfect way to customize on-site: they saved me $115 versus a local competitor!

Probably one of the worst experiences of buying a firearm. I purchased a Glock 48 on the website of the company on March 24. I called a week after to check on my purchase and was told by the clerk, ' I am a one man show, I have about 30 packages in need to go through and I will let you know when it is ready' . Fast forward to today, I still havent heard about my purchase. No calls, no emails, I have been told numerous times by phone communication in between now and March 24th that the clerk would get back to me when he has time. Great waste of $500, I'm sure another gun store owner would love the business.

Not recommended -- I brought in gun for a pretty easy repair and the owner (I assume) told me he would have it done 'in a few weeks.' Two months later, I called and he said it would be 'a few weeks.' A month later, I stopped by and picked up my untouched gun and he said he 'didn't get around to it.' Things happen I suppose, but pick up a phone. Poor customer service.
