Terrible customer service! Only came here as it was referred to me by another gun store in the area, for a very specific need I had. I chose to take my money elsewhere.

Poor customer service.. one rep didn't even know he had a mp1522 in stock. He said no and it was right behind him on the wall. Another rep was just sitting on his phone and couldn't care on what I wanted etc. The only guy that showed concern was the african american. He was nice and helpfull. Everyone else is just stupid.

DO NOT COME HERE. Brought a laser grip from them this morning at 11am. Put brand new battery in it, press the button to turn it on and it doesn't work. Laser turn on, immediately faded and turn off. Bring it back to the store at 2pm, to get a refund/replacement. Can't because they won't take return, even on accessories. When asked why did the salesperson that they sold me a faulty product and won't take return, 'we don't make them, just sell them', which I restated that they sold me a faulty product. Which of he of course, condescendingly, point at the receipt where it says 'all sales are final'. First and last time coming here. Save yourself the trouble and take your business somewhere else. They don't deserve your money...again. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT COME HERE.

I purchased my first hand gun ever at the dulles expo thru these guys. Taurus 9mm..G2C...love it. It is balanced perfect especially for someone who has hand and elbow issues...perfection, has a awesome trigger reaction...and it was at a great price in lavender. The best Valentine's gift I have ever bought myself...love following them on Facebook and seeing all the new grown up toys!!
