I placed an order with Rainier arms for whatever reason I did not receive my product, I emailed the company and informed them of the situation wether it was lost or the package was taken from my doorstep/mailbox they were prompt in responding to fix the issue unfortunately they did not have the exact item i ordered he found a replacement that ended up looking better than what I Had originally ordered. I will have no problem ordering here in the future being this took pace during a pandemic and companies are struggling to stay afloat regardless of loss or filing an insurance claim or just paying for it themselves they put the customer first all around Awesome customer service *GREAT* to work with they also have a huge selection of products, I looked on other websites big companies and they had the same selection and there prices were 10$ more on average but if I got that same service every time Paying more wouldnt bother me sorry for writing a Novel but all around Rainier Arms EXCELLENT to workWith, Thank You Rainier Arms.WILL

They are my first choice in gun parts. They had a part that everyone else was out of stock on for months. I selected ground shipping and it was here in 2 days. Very impressed overall. Website is easy to navigate as well. Would recommend.
