Every firearms store is busy right now, while their wait time/customer service was dismal and poorly communicated that's not the reason for my 1 star. The overall conduct by the staff at this site is very poor. The front door manager was continuously 'practicing' flicking his knife open, I say 'practicing' because on more than one occasion his poor grip resulted in the open knife flinging out of his hand in random directions. Likewise in the pro shop I counted 4 firearms that were off the rack laying around behind the counter, 2 of which were pointed inward towards where customers browse. What happened to 'treat every gun like it is loaded' or 'don't point at anything you don't intend to destroy'. Prices were okay. But the overall safety and professionalism of the place was lacking.

The staff here sucks. I dont know what their problem is, but atleast have a better attitude towards new customers trying to purchase a firearm.
