This is a place for gun lovers of all kinds. The gentleman behind the counter was eager to help/just talk about guns. I am knew to this world and I was able learn what calibur would be best for my needs, was shown many different guns, and even chatted about maintenance and cleaning products for another 15-20 minutes. Tell me that's not boring... the associate was knowledgeable and engaged the whole time. Bravo Pantel. Bravo.

I did a FFL transfer with these guys.. I got a text from Fed ex that my gun arrived at the shop at 2:30 pm. I received a call from Pantel at 2:45 pm confirming that my gun had arrived and my paperwork was ready to be filled out. My paperwork came back in less than 24 hrs (Kent). Great customer service & guys were cool & laid back.. 5 stars!!!

WORST FFL EVER! By far the worst experience Ive ever had at a gun store. Ive been waiting 3+ weeks for a proceed on my firearm and still no word, so I kept calling Pantel every day for a week... then they finally told me that I got a proceed and I was good to go and I can come pick it up any time. So I drive the hour it takes me to get there just for them to tell me the guy on the phone was wrong and there is actually nothing they can do so I have to just keep waiting. I would NEVER recommend this store to someone else nor will I ever be back to the store. Plus on top of everything the store is a MESS inside and out, there are things all over the floor and broken windows on the outside. I wish I could give them a negative 5 star review very terrible unprofessional place.
