Friendly, family owned atmosphere and attitude. Great folks to work with, brought back good memories of their shop in town Kent when I was a kid buying fly tying supplies. My go to FFL dealer. $40.00 transfer fee.

This store is run by bullies. please do not support them. Rude, ignorant people who made fun of and shamed me for wearing a mask. They were trying to convince me to remove my mask all the way up until I made it out of the door. Even yelling one last time as I was through the door, 'take off your mask'. Dear Pinto and all your employees, treat people with respect, and maybe you will get better reviews.

Went there three times to pick up a rifle I ordered online. Shipping info said gun arrived. First time there they said you need to fill out a form online first so they can process the gun. Filled out form waited two weeks nothing, proceed to fill out form a second time. Couple days later got a call. Go in store. Informs us that you need another form filled out before they can start paper work process ok.. Got it, go back next day. Now the gun was for my dad and he can't read English while he's filling out the background check, he got stuck on a question and asked me what that word means. I wasn't allowed to translate. Cool but seeing my dad struggling with the form was harsh. MEANWHILE an old lady with white hair mean mugging at me the entire time like I was some sort of criminal. I have my own guns and everything the rifle was a gift for my dad. Now I gotta call the website to have them ship it back and pay restocking fee. Everything aside, there's no greeting, no service, just stone cold what are you here for? Avoid transferring here, their process is a PITA and tried to charge sales tax when we already paid for it.

I didn't like the vibe. I wasn't geeeted, but rather asked 'what am I here for today'. Preferential treatment it seemed. No clear rhyme or reason to the COVID 19 entry restrictions...sign out front says 'Don't enter until invited'. Lots of confederate memorabilia lying around (no flag). Will not shop here until all customers are treated with equal levels of respect.
