The gentleman that run this shop are experts in their field. They diagnosed the problems I was having with a couple of my shotguns and fixed them up perfectly for a more than reasonable price. I highly reccomend going here for any firearm repairs.

Not impressed with the customer service. I had been wanting to stop by and get a quote on refinishing a couple guns for a while, and finally swung by (due to the mostly good reviews). The guy that answered the door seemed annoyed that I was there and asked me what I wanted. I asked him if they refinished the guns I was looking to have done. He looked at the ground and after thinking for a bit said, 'Yeah'. He asked me what king of finish I wanted, not offering choices. I mentioned Duracoat, and he said it would be $220 a gun which seems high to me, but he didn't seem to care one way or the other. Not sure if they felt too busy (there was another customer in the store) to try and sell me on their products and services or if they just assume you should know what they are without explanation. Not sure, but I left there disappointed. I hope I summed up the negative experience. It wasn't horrible by any means, just not good. YMMV.
