I see quite a few reviews here about bad attitudes at this business? I didn't encounter anything but friendly good people here...i brought my elderly mother here to get her a .38 revolver for personal protection.they treated her like there own mom.very down to earth...kind..helpfull..no nonsense staff is what I found

This store is a total rip-off yes they have a huge inventory but they're only after your money after you order your gun and pay for it don't never call you it's been about 4 weeks since I was supposed to get my gun and nothing I suggest you guys go to Burbank ammo and guns that place is way better cheaper affordable small inventory but they offered great prices for what I paid over here for two grand I got over there two different guns for one grand $200

Attitude to the 10th degree. Furthermore, they are rude and talk down to noivice gun buyers. Its like bro, if someone doesnt the intricacies of firearms, is it not your PRIME responsibility to educate them? Or do u only educate when people pay? Another gripe i have is the bait and switch culture they have at this store. On a number of occasions, friends and family called to find an item, were told its there, were quoted a price only to show up and either be told its not there or that its more money. Guns direct is a much better option

Similar experience to other reviews on here. Called a couple of times over the course of several days when I was sourcing out a few rifles. Most of the time, they were rude on the phone but I understand theres been a surge in gun purchases and inquiries so they were probably bombarded with calls. What I didnt like was that I specifically asked for a rifle, gave them the model number, description and price and they said they had it in stock. I made an appointment the very next morning since they were close to closing. When I got there and after driving 45 minutes, I asked for the rifle I had inquired about and they brought out a different model. The guy said they hadnt had the model I was looking for in a while and werent sure when they would get it but they were trying to push me to get the one they had in stock and purchase some additional pieces to make it look like the one I had asked for. Wouldnt recommend it for a first time purchase UNLESS youve done your research and if you cant find it elsewhere. They do have a large inventory and typically at premium prices. I wouldnt say stay away from this place but keep it as a last resort.

Horrible service from the old man with glasses.Made an appointment a week prior for a PPT for a Sunday as all other stores are currently closed on Sundays (Guns Direct is my go to), on the day of employee says 'I don't see your name for on appointment ' and just shrugged his shoulders. Didn't offer to reshudule or any help or apologies.
