Very friendly and helpful owner. Understands customer service (and how online pricing works...he knows that customers shop around and prices accordingly) and not rude / condescending like some of the other shops. Cool items in store, however, feels 'family friendly' rather than 'tactical know it all'. Store motto seems to be 'we'll meet or beat online prices + shipping'; not to mention avoiding transfer fees. AMMO TRANSFERS ONLY $10 / $500 DOLLAR INVOICE!!! $40 DOLLAR TRANSFER FEE; CHEAPEST I'VE SEEN IN LA. I normally don't review, but please help keep the awesome local shop / business owner's doors open.

I had my CZ82 transfer thru RTBA LA. The transfer process was smooth even did a safety training when I went to pick up my firearm. I really wish other gun shops follow RTBA LA customer service model. RTBA LA is my go to spot now. Awesome customer service!!!!!

Just purchased MP15 from Vache. It was my first transaction with this store. What can I say, the best customer service that Ive ever received. Vache is very friendly, nice attitude (very rare for gun store owners lol) and has very good customer service skills. Very competitive prices. Definitely will be back!!!

Hands down the best experience. Clear and thorough communication with the owner Vache through the entire process. The guy knows what he's talking about and answered all my questions. From experience, the service at RTBA LA is better than any other place around. Plus, his knowledge about his products is always consistent. Great new addition to Burbank and such a convenient location near the freeway. Highly recommend!
