The owner is no nonsense, knowledgeable and helpful. Also nice to support a local business and not a chain store.

I changed my review to 1-star after a very unpleasant personal experience with the owner that ended up costing me money. I will not go into detail, but I had planned on giving them every dollar i had towards firearms, but now I won't spend another penny here

First thing, Customer service is simply not so great. Secondly, I purchased ammo and was told I could only buy 1 box per person due to scarcity (which I understand). HOWEVER, same day I went to Sunshine State Armory and purchased 3 boxes of the same ammo for $4 less the price plus customer service its TOP NOTCH! Lastly, prices on handguns are at least $25-$60 more expensive in comparison. Personally, I rather drive an extra 14 min but you be the judge.Update to the reply from owner: You are in fact dishonest because I never mentioned Sunshine State Armory at any moment while in the store. You might be confusing me with some other customer but certainly not me. Also, not selling over MSRP doesnt mean you have the most competitive prices. Perhaps, small businesses have had to bring prices down due to the free market. Lastly, I remember once you telling me how you were the only one in the area unless I was willing to take a 20 minutes drive which in reality its like 14 min to save myself couple $. So yeah definitely Sunshine Armory has better prices, amazing customer service, etc etc.

Ive been to this shop three times in the last month, and the owner has always been extremely friendly, patient, and informative. He helped me make the right choice for ME, ending up making less money on me in the short run. Smart choice because Ill for sure be back. The shop is well stocked and clean.Havent used the gun smithing yet because of COVID and panic buying, but as soon as thats available, Ill be back for some part upgrades. Thanks, Jeff!
