Incredibly rude salesmen at the door. The door was locked, and when the salesmen came to the door and opened it, he rudely asked what I was there for. I told him I was just shopping (I was going to look for a Blaser R8 Success rifle), but when I stated I was just shopping around, he told me that they were only taking appointments. No one was in the store either. I understand with COVID going on, but I also feel like they didn't let me in because I wasn't 'dressed the part', as in they only let people who look like they have money to spend in. When I asked the salesmen how to make an appointment, he seemed very hesitant to even tell me. He then said that I would need to give him my name and number and he would call me when an appointment was open (once again, no one was in the store). Overall, not a good impression of the store. I will gladly go anywhere else to spend my money instead of this 'high prestige' gun store, just to be treated like a human.

First time gun buyer here. The guys at Chucks were very helpful and knowledgeable. They pointed me to a Smith & Wesson revolver and explained everything I needed to know. We were in there for only 30-40 mins. Id recommend them any day! Thanks guys!!!

Extremely RUDE! I would avoid doing business with Chuck's Firearms at all cost. They were not helpful when purchasing a firearm online and trying to use them as a transfer agent. My gun was delivered and sitting in their warehouse for 5 days before I had to contact them. When I called, they were rude and unable to locate my package. They tried to blame it on UPS, and then tried to blame it on the seller. I filed a lost package claim with UPS (for a FIREARM) before they got off their lazy @$$ and found my package in the back. Not friendly or professional at all. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!
