Customer service was absolutely horrible and then she (One of the staff members ) just assumed I was getting frustrated and doesnt even know me, and I was nowhere near it. In fact I was still excited about purchasing a gun, The customer service is just horrible for people that have little to no experience using a gun. Then she offered classes as if I would deal with them any further than today! No thanks

Ive been here twice, once by myself and another time with a group. Both times I was very unimpressed by the arrogance and total lack of customer service from this place. This place is best for regulars, dont recommend this place for new folks at all.

I took my boyfriend at the time to the gun range as a present for his birthday. We loved the customer service and it was an enjoyable atmosphere as we (I) learned about guns and gun safety.

Lucas was kind, patient, and helpful. However, the young man working the door let 3 people skip us to do returns, the guy (bald black guy on 6/30/20) who helped us rent the gun for the range was rude, impatient, and didnt even allow us to choose our own target, and they literally began flicking the lights on us 8 minutes before closing... even though we were only there late because they allowed people to skip us in line. It was an awful experience, unlike my previous visits.

Waste of time. Wouldnt allow us to look without a sales person. Went there at 6pm and they said we wouldnt be able to get in before their close at 7pm. My suns an Afghanistan vet we told them we didnt need their help. Still would let us look to see what they had.
