Instructor is extremely insightful on each technique and really emphasizes the mental game of 'I am going home no matter what' througouth the session. To me that made this whole session worth it, it really makes you treat it as survival training and not just target practice. I came to learn how to protect myself and my family, and I've gone home feeling confident with more practice on the scenarios and drills we ran though, I will have no problem doing so. Price is beyond exceptional for the level of training you receive. Will be returning often to advance my defense skills, bringing along my fiance and other family members. You will not be disappointed. Pro tip: bring sunscreen and lots of water if you are pale skinned like me. This sunburn was completely worth it though!
