Great environment staff was great, but the manager mike was beyond amazing. He took his time explaining the variety of fire arms available and was very professional. He made it a great experience and has outstanding customer service. Highly recommend

called 4 times to speak to someone about range reservations, no one answers and it tells me box too full to leave message.

I tried calling 6 times to ask if I can pick up my fire arm no one answered so I drove there and my application is still pending i ask why no one answered the phone he says they get 4000 calls a day but while I was standing there for 10 minutes I didn't hear a ring. Very unprofessional on his part and he's a lead

Bad customerservice im calling right now as we speak Ive called over 30 times (No Over Exaggeration) havent no one picked up the phone And now that Ive called 3 times Afterwards Ots going straight to voicemail I will not Be going back Her and would Not recommend Anyone To to Her Neither.

Good service when they arent swamped which they seem to be these days. Nothing against the staff, they all seem willing to help. Obviously they cant control inventory due to pandemic so overall the store is clean, well maintained and everyone is practicing social distancing and wearing masks.
