Dishonest and disrespectful, especially lady at the counter. She is clueless with '0' knowledge. Had to ask about particular pistol if it is legal or not in Illinois and Cook County, got nothing and actually I knew more than she does. Always knew that ladies should stick to home watching babies.

It is unfortunate that in the gun community there is a culture of terrible customer service from gun shops. But Law Weapons & Supply is the exact opposite. There store is neat and clean providing a welcoming atmosphere, this is a family business and the girl behind the counter is so friendly when helping out with anything. I always have great conversations with their staff every time I stop in. The city of Naperville is fortunate to have such a great business located here.

I made two purchases here over the past month and both were great. I have worked with larger shops in the past that act like they dont have time for you, but Law Weapons was very personable and helpful. Will only be using this shop from now on.
