The range is greater and the staff is very friendly. The selection is slim in the store but they have been able to order anything I wanted.

So this may be long winded but I am highly disappointed in this store. Recently my Parents decided to purchase their first firearm. They reached out to me for advice. I am out of state so I gave them A lot of tips and pointers with the goal of helping them buy local. After a lot of time and research my Step-Mother decided to stop into this store and check out a couple of options we had discussed with FULL INTENTIONS OF PURCHASING. However she was met with distain and a total lack of interest. Idk if the clerk's were having a bad day or if they just saw a woman and figured she wasn't a sale but she left without being able to hold or view any firearm or gain any more knowledge! Keep in mind she already has a valid FOID and was fully capable of making a purchase. In today's climate and the growing need to exercise our 2nd amendment rights I am very disappointed that ANY firearm store would be so negligent to a potential customer. We need to support all people who are trying to legally defend themselves and their families whether they are veteran carry holders or noobs who are seeking help. So now I have to send her to a big box store who will take her seriously after this local store ruining their chances at her being a loyal LOCAL patron.

Hands down this is the best gun gallery/range in the area! Erik was really great with answering all of my questions when purchasing a new firearm. He was very patient and went above and beyond with information about the different firearms I was looking at as well as ensuring that I was happy with my purchase. When I returned a few days later to pick up my firearm Keith was equally as nice. I have been to a couple other local gun shops in the area and the workers there are rude and do not even acknowledge you when you walk in. Not at RKA! I have only had good experiences and excellent customer service. RKA is the only place I will support with my business.

The staff is awesome. They treat EVERYONE the same which means a lot to me. They are very patient and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to assist me. Thnks for a great experience and amazing customer service.

We visited the store today looking to buy a gun, and although their inventory is limited the prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly, informative and attentive. We have used their range as well in the past and we like it there. We did make a purchase, and we feel we got great service and a great deal. We'll be returning customers for sure.
