The have almost everything I need. Today I needed a fuel line for my boat, but they don't carry parts for old/antique boats. I'll definitely be going back regardless because of the service I get. The prices are a little higher than fair, but they're quality is solid. So you get what you pay for. Overall, I'll still give 5 stars.

This company is a joke. I ordered 2 coolers online for curbside pick up. Upon arrival I was informed they weren't selling coolers due to Covid the first time I asked, then because of pricing errors on there website the time I asked face to face. False advertisement on prices is not the consumers fault, and should be honored. I will NEVER shop at Academy, nor will I EVER recommend this company. I have the print out of the order with prices, and will be contacting the Attorney General for further advisement. Although I know the cop out of we aren't responsible for the prices on our own website will be used.

So I went today to get my husband a pair of tactical work boots. We stood by the boots and tried to get a pair down from a shelf that was just a tad high. 2 employees walk by and see us trying but offer no help. So we get them down. After trying several pairs a lady comes by, her name is Stacy, and she scolds us for getting a pair down without asking for help and says if it happens again security will be called. Needless to say she spoke to us like trash and then threatened us with security over getting a pair of boots down. We left a cart full of clothing items and a pair of work boots just sitting there and I refuse to go there again. I feel like there was a better approach to how you speak to customers and she failed. So Stacy needs some customer service training.
