Gun was jammed and thought I had to send it to the manufacturer. But I found this gem and Larry the gunsmith got my gun un jammed!!!! Thanks Larry!! I will shop here for all my gun services from now on!

Always liked going in there, but the owner, Larry, was an quite rude today and has changed how I feel about the place. Wanted to support a local business but won't be doing that here anymore.

Dropped my .22 rifle off to them 2 weeks ago to have a firing pin put in. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks I called them and got told it was done. I live in Muskegon so it took me 30 mins to get there. I gave them my ticket and he proceeded to grab my gun from the back, he then called the gunsmith to make sure it was done. He was told it was not done and the firing pin wasnt even in there facility! I asked the gentleman there what the issue was and the answer was I dont know Im not the owner. Took my rifle back and looking for another shop! Go anywhere besides this joke of a place! No wonder there is no one in that place! Hope your customer service gets better or you might as well close the doors now.
