I bought a AR 15 .556 from Al Bobs I had the gun 2 weeks I was having trigger problems so I took it back to AL Bobs today 08/26/19 they said they would ship it out to be fixed then had a call today same-day said a gentleman from great lakes firearms came out and put a new trigger on it all in one day wow awesome service guys.

WOW! A buddy of mine found Great Lakes Firearms and Ammo (GLFA) while we were looking for a .450 Bushmaster in the AR platform. I had looked at some other brands and read a lot of reviews. What stood out to me was every review for GLFA was positive or IF there was an issue, the customer service team took care of anything that was incorrect. Another thing that caught my eye was the different color cerakote that GLFA offered. I decided to purchase a tungsten gray with the the stainless in .450. I wrote them an email and I actually got a response from a human that day! I received instructions on when to order and that they would call me. Sure enough, I get a call from the OWNER about this firearm. I placed the order and it was shipped within 2 business days! Had to wait to get some glass and then I finally shot it today. The local gun shop boresighted and mounted the optic so we took it to the range. This thing is a tack driver. I used 4 types of ammo to get the best groupings. We started at 50 yards then went out to a hundred. With two different ammo we achieved groupings within 1'!!!! This proves that the tolerances from GLFA machining process is spot on. My buddy had a bolt gun .450 and this was shooting as tight as it was. Ammo (in order of best grouping)-Hornaday Black 250 Grain (very close with Remington)Remington Accutip 260 Grain (very close with Blacks)Federal Fusion 260 GrainFederal Powershok 300 Grain(I have heard GREAT things about GLFA ammo, just did not have any on this go around......I plan to purchase some of that too!)Pros - Unique color optionsgreat tolerances for optimum shooting accuracy and functionalitysurprisingly light weightFANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICEMichigan, USA MadeFeels GREAT in the hand, doesn't feel cheapEats up all types of ammoEasy take down and reassembleRecoil is very manageableCons.................... A year ago I purchased a 450 bushmaster upper for my AR it is one lean mean Deerkilling machine I also use there 300 grain SP truly a nock down round totally satisfied
