Decided to purchase my husbands new handgun from them, I submitted the order and payment right away, first they gave me the wrong email to send the payment to, then they give me the correct email and I send payment as soon as the original payment was refunded to me. Then a week later they email me telling me that do to a new law my husband needs to purchase Conceal and Carry Liability Insurance for $1,000. I tell them to show me the law that says we need this because everything i've researched said this isn't a thing in NYC. They send me the link to a bill that is in Commitee but not approved yet. I tell them this they tell me that it passed and is required, I called the NYPD Licensing Division to which I was told that this isn't a thing and there is no requirement about Insurance in NYC, I have now been asking for a full refund for over 24 hours and they are ignoring my emails and my messages on their online chat. I am very unhappy with the service I have received from them.
