Ammo is overpriced , their website is not up to date , and the workers seemed pretty rude . If I could give no stars I would I went today under the impression that women are free on Wednesdays but thats not the case the guy smirked and says nope not anymore like he was happy about it , as a woman trying to learn they sure didnt make me feel comfortable. I wont go there again . I also asked about taking classes and how to go about it and he gave me flyers with the prices , no other info and didnt take the time to inform me about anything .

Just came in today looking to buy a handgun. The first employee to help me was quick to ask if I needed help however, he answered the phone in the middle of helping me out. I though it was a bit rude but at the same time they were busy when I walked in so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I did not buy anything because they did not have the specific firearm I was looking for in stock. Again, this was not their fault especially with the country still dealing with COVID-19. I was still planning to come back and buy from them simply because of their wide selection of firearms. I did, however, call the gun department an hour later because I had a random question about a particular firearm. I was very polite but whoever I was talking to was not. They were able to answer my question but did not seem very enthusiastic about helping me out. I also had another question I would have liked to ask but they hung up on me before I could even ask (I did not say anything remotely rude to be hung up on, I guess they just decided they were done with the conversation). Needless to say, they just lost a sale from me and I will be taking my business elsewhere due to their lack of politeness and customer service.

Tony's cch class was top notch. Will take more classes in the future.

Great experience with Tony Jacobs and the CCH permit class and range proficiency test. I highly recommend Jim's for all your gun equipment and training needs.

Took the CCH class with Tony Jacobs, and had a really great experience! Learned a lot from the very knowledgeable instructor. He kept it interesting and fun for the whole class. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and made the admin processes go quickly and smoothly. I would recommend this place to anyone.
