I have nothing but positive things to say about The Rock and its employees. I dont think Ive ever experienced customer service as excellent as they provided me. They are extremely knowledgeable and definitely willing to go the extra mile to make sure you or your firearms are taken care of. The instructors that teach their classes have years of field experience they are willing to impart on you, and are extremely patient, taking the time to answer any questions you may have.I will definitely be giving them my business for the foreseeable future, as well as referring their services to anyone I know looking for expert gunsmithing or tutelage.

Average Guns
I brought in an old A2 upper with the request to cut the barrel down for an SBR build. I was given a lead time of a few weeks (which is normal for any custom work) and I left the upper there for them to work on. They contacted me a short while later and offered me a less expensive and faster option for my project (instead of cutting the barrel, they actually just rebarreled it for me) - I was very appreciative of their offer and it sounded like that was the better option so I let them do it that way. The upper has been fine and everything runs just perfect out of it. They were very professional about the whole thing and I will be doing business with them again on a Browning A5 project.
