Messaged them asking about a particular gun. Was told they had all the parts to build it, so I took time off work and drove over an hour to get there. Once I was there they didn't have all the parts and the person trying to help me didn't seem to know what she was talking about. In the end I took time off work and burned 3 hours and I have nothing to show for it. Best gun shop in town, really nothing around can compare, the guys in here are really helpful with anything you need.

Good customer service and competitive pricing.

Absolutely awesome staff and friendly as could be. Brought in my upper receiver to have the barrel installed after I had broken my armorers wrench and they had it installed and me back out the door within 10 minutes. Would highly recommend their services to anybody and everybody.

Totally disappointed. I called prior to visiting the shop for a trigger replacement job and asked if the gunsmith could do it while I wait since it was not a complicated task. I brought my new trigger with me and informed the lady that I was the person who called earlier and she remembered. She asked the gunsmith, Dan if he could complete my gun today and she told me he couldnt do it while I wait in the shop but could check it in and call me when it was complete. I left and noticed it was close to their closing hours and decided to call. I spoke to Dan and said he wont be able to get to it until Monday. So I was very upset because this should only be about 20-30 minutes job for a professional gunsmith. I went and picked up my gun and Dan said the lady who checked in my gun told him it was there for a cleaning, even though she clearly typed on the claim/work order receipt Trigger replacement . I subsequently went home and followed a Youtube video and completed the job myself in about 45 minutes. I saved money and will never do business at Shooters Supply again!
