Worst customer service Ive ever experienced! Buyer beware!!!! I turned my mower in for a simple repair. I was told id get my mower back in 2 weeks here we are 2 months later! Not one single call was made to inform me they were having trouble getting the part in or w.e the problem was. Truth be told I think they just forgot about it! The owner was completely unapologetic! The man treated me like I was some broke dirty bum off the street when I asked for a discount because Ive had to shell out over $160 to have my lawn mowed for almost three months!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE

Had my Cub Cadet serviced there in April. Also purchased the mower here. Won't cut and belt continues to come off. $222 dollars later, it's no better than before service. Spoke with Ray and he said they were 2 weeks behind; basically don't have time to take care of a customer. Don't spend your money here. Won't honor the products they sell. Once they sell it to you, you're on you own. Maybe their discriminatory because I'm a female; not sure. Either way, I'm out the service charge and still have a mower I can't use. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
