Cant say enough great things about this shop. Owner goes above and beyond to do right; I make the drive from Lebanon just to come here. Only store with the Glock I wanted all around Nashville

The owner Phill is not someone I will ever do business with again. He is very unprofessional and a big baby. The younger guy that works at the store is great at what he does. I wished I meet Phill 1st because if I had I would not have spent any money in there.

I have been visiting gun shops a lot lately. In all honesty, there were only two stores that had, what I consider, consistent excellent customer service. Goodlettsville Gun Shop was one of the two. Goodlettsville Gun Shop had exactly what I was looking for and was more affordable than the other store. I will be a customer for life.
