The Gun Crew

This guy scammed me out of $6,000. I bought a "Factory New" and "Perfect in Every Way" (his words) Colt Jaguar Knight from this scammer. The gun showed up with damage to the slide release button and surrounding finish. You can clearly see it in the photos I've attached. Two of the photos are mine, and two are from the seller's listing on GunBroker. You can see EXACTLY the same damage in both sets of photos, but the Gun Crew owner says "NOT MY PROBLEM." I notified him IMMEDIATELY upon receipt, and sent him these clear photos showing the damage. Although it's hard to tell when buying guns online with down-scaled photo resolution, once I saw the damage to the gun in person, I could clearly see the exact same damage in the seller's OWN PICTURES. Even though he can see the same thing we can, like all scammers, he is unethical and REFUSES to stand behind his word. Get this -- when I called him to discuss the situation, he wouldn't even give me his name! Talk about slimy! Then he hung up on me! Now, he leaves me no choice but to sue him, which I will. Take a look! The photo evidence is clear...his pictures show exactly the same damage as mine, but he claims the gun was "PERFECT" when it left his shop. OPEN YOUR EYES, BUDDY! You can't hide from the truth, and a judge will hold you accountable!
