The rear derailer on my sons bike broke during a fall. They had a replacement part on-hand that worked great once dialed in. Awesome shop to have locally.

Though I wasnt satisfied with the price of the work, I will admit that they care about customers enough to contact you if youre unsatisfied. Thats saying a lot.

Scott & Josh, today you all lost me as a client! I know you all may be very busy putting your expensive bike sales and what not, but man your customer service just isnt there!! Sure hope you guys work on that, I would have never gone else where until just now.

Huge shout out to Ride615 in Sylvan Park! I had originally ordered a bike from another shop, but after two weeks of waiting, due to the pandemic, I learned it would still be another month. Needing it by this Saturday for a birthday present, I cancelled that order, called Ride615, and they had a bike assembled for me within 24 hrs. Just picked it up and it's amazing! My son loves it!!! So thank you, Michael, and everyone at Ride615...you made a boy and his mama very happy and earned two new customers life!!!

I had full intentions to either get a tune up, buy the parts needed to fix my mountain bike, or buy a new mountain bike all together if parts were too expensive. Well, after a quick phone call to Ride615 Hermitage, I soon realized this isn't the place to do that. I called to see if they were still doing tune-ups, they replyed that they are two weeks out, which is understandable. Since it was two weeks out, I then asked if I may bring my bike in for them to look at to advise me on what parts I needed to get to refresh my mountain bike so I could do the maintenance myself. The man replyed ' Why would we do that for you? That wouldnt benefit us at all.' I guess assisting in selling me the right parts for my bike and gaining a return customer isn't in this companies business plan.
