Went in to seek help for a minor issue with my Remington 870 that occurred while reassembling it after cleaning. The 3 guys sitting at the counter were no help except for one. Even then he barely glanced at it, just told me it was wrong and offered to 'take a sledgehammer to it' and see a gunsmith instead.Awful customer service. Rude. Lazy.

I have no freaking idea how these guys get great reviews Ive been in the place about 6 or 7 times and drive a dam hour to get thereAs soon as you walk in the place your treated like a major Inconvenience for them and there Im more superior attitude than you really demeans you as a human I can mail order just the same as going in that layer of Im better than you

I cant say enough positive things about this shop! Ive driven past it my entire life and finally decided to stop in today. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful! This is a hidden gem that I highly recommend! I will be a repeat customer!

I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. As soon as I walked in I felt as though I was a burden. I asked one question and was met with a swift irritated answer. When inquiring about another product the sales associate immediately told me the starting price Instead of specifics about the product. I was interested in features and applicability not price. I am going to spend my money elsewhere, I suggest you do the same
