Unprofessional customer service!

Older woman on the phone declined to give any information involving pricing. She was very rude and short with me for no reason.

Bad customer service. There is one guys looks like chine or I do t know what country he is. Be need to learn better customer service. Never back again there and spend my money on bad service.

The day we went it to purchase a gun for my wife was great. Evan was patient and knowledgeable. The background was supposed to be back on 6/20 and we never heard. My wife spent hours trying to call in, as instructed, but they never answer the phone. She finally went to the store only to find out they Wade's did the paperwork incorrectly. Of course, no call letting us know that. Today is July 2nd and we still have no gun or communication from them. We had planned on buying additional guns but will go elsewhere based on this terrible service. Hopefully, we will actually be able to pickup the gun we purchased before 2021. We will never buy another gun here again. When my wife was at the store she made a comment about the fact that they do not answer the phone and the employee said they were busy. At that, my wife looked around and there were only two other customers in the store and about 8 employees standing around. Maybe they don't know how to answer phones. I just tried for 45 minutes to get through, with zero luck. What a terrible experience.

Safe range and friendly stuff..prices are too hige and an unexpected fee for foreigners..no reason for that in my opinion
